CChub User Agreement

1. Introduction

Welcome to CChub, a creative photo editing application designed for Christmas-themed photo enhancements ("App"). This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and the operators of CChub ("we," "us," or "our").

This Agreement governs your use of the CChub application, including all features, functionalities, and services provided through the App. By accessing or using CChub, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

2. Account-Free Usage

CChub is designed to provide immediate access without requiring user registration or account creation. You can use the App immediately after installation without providing any personal information.

Since no account is required, you are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device
• Backing up your projects and edited photos
• Managing your in-app purchases and coin balance

3. Data Collection and Privacy

Our privacy practices are as follows:

• Local Processing: All photos are processed exclusively on your device. No images or personal data are transmitted to our servers or any third parties.
• No Data Collection: We do not collect, store, or process any personal information, usage data, or analytics from your use of the App.
• Offline Functionality: The App functions entirely offline after installation, with no internet connection required for core editing features.
• In-App Purchases: Any transactions made within the App are processed through your device's app store platform, and we do not receive or store any financial information.

4. App Features and Usage

CChub provides the following features:

• Photo Editing: Apply Christmas-themed stickers, filters, and text to your photos
• Project Management: Save and manage your editing projects locally on your device
• Coin System: Earn or purchase coins to unlock additional sticker packs
• Export Functionality: Save your edited photos to your device's gallery

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided within CChub, including but not limited to stickers, filters, designs, logos, and text, is the property of CChub or its content suppliers and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the photos you edit using CChub. By using the App, you do not grant us any rights to your photos as we do not access or store them.

6. In-App Purchases and Coin System

CChub utilizes a coin system that allows you to:

• Earn coins by completing certain tasks within the App
• Purchase coins through in-app transactions
• Use coins to unlock additional sticker packs and premium content

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the terms of your app store platform.

7. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CChub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our App

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach this Agreement.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. As we do not store your data, you will lose access to any projects saved locally on your device if you uninstall the App.

9. Changes to Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including the validity, invalidity, breach, or termination thereof, shall be resolved through arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre for the time being in force.
